For Men
Gestational Carriers
Our Third-Party Reproduction Department and expert reproductive endocrinologists work collaboratively with surrogacy agencies, psychologists, and attorneys to ensure the carrier is healthy and that you are psychologically prepared for the process. To protect all involved parties, prior to any implantation we also make sure all legal papers are in place. Click here to learn more.
Egg Donation
IVFMD has a flourishing egg donation program and offers a wide array of egg donors from which to choose. We will use the information you provide to match you with a donor, then sperm and eggs are used to create embryos in IVFMD’s in vitro fertilization laboratory. The resulting embryos are cryopreserved (frozen) in anticipation of a future thaw and transfer process into the expertly prepared uterus of the carrier, who will carry your baby to term. Pre-Implantation Genetic Testing and/or Screening
By screening embryos for potential genetic abnormalities, you improve your chances of having a healthy baby. Through technological advances as PGT-M, we are now able to help patients that are at risk of having a child with a known inherited disorder, such as Cystic Fibrosis, Sickle Cell Anemia and many others. Other patients might carry some other chromosomal abnormalities due to structural arrangements of chromosomes that are hereditary, such as translocations. Through PGT-SR, we can diagnose those embryos and transfer the ones that are not affected. While PGT-A (Pre-Genetic Testing – Aneuploidy) enables us to determine whether embryos have a normal number of chromosomes. Click here to learn more.
For Women
Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)
Using sperm from a known or anonymous donor, artificial insemination is generally a cost-effective option that can be pursued without medication. IVFMD is proud to have a partnership with Seattle Sperm Bank and offer on-site donor vials for your convenience. Click here to learn more.
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)
This option, which involves collecting mature eggs from your ovaries and fertilizing them in an in vitro lab, is usually the fastest, carrying the highest chance of success. Click here to learn more.
Co-Maternity
This involves one woman donating her eggs while the other carries the baby, a highly fulfilling choice for many female couples.
