GUARANTEED PRESCRIPTION ASSISTANCE

SMP Pharmacy, IVFMD, and EMD Serono have teamed up to provide fertility medication savings to eligible self-pay patients based on financial need or military status through our Compassionate Care Discount Fertility Medication Program. Should you not meet the financial eligibility, we have preferred pricing with SMP pharmacy.

IVFMD’s Financial Freedom IVF Package is designed to reduce the financial stress that many infertility patients face and offers very generous patient inclusion criteria** unique from other financial programs. Patients who are eligible may receive assistance on the following procedures:

1. IVF (up to 3 fresh stimulation cycles)
2. Cycle day-three preparation to restart any attempts within the package
3. FET (Frozen Embryo Transfer) (as available and until successful within the package)

DISCOUNTED PRESCRIPTIONS

For thousands of Americans dealing with infertility, one of the first steps before seeking treatment is determining how to pay for it. Unfortunately, as many as 50% of patients who seek treatment do not have adequate levels of fertility medical or drug coverage.

To aid some of these patients with drug cost, DesignRx has created the First Steps Program*, a patient financial assistance program that takes into consideration household income and hardship cases to provide eligible patients with a 5%, 25%, 50%, or 75% discount off their fertility drug costs.
