Our nursing department, with a combined 60 years of infertility experience, is always available to help educate our patients and answer any treatment related questions.
Our Andrology and Embryology Laboratories are under the direct supervision of Laboratory Director, Dr. Maria Bustillo and Laboratory Supervisor Inea Collazo. With our core staff of 7 technicians, we offer the latest in Andrology Services such as semen analysis, sperm function testing and cryopreservation as well as embryo related technologies such as Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), Assisted Hatching, Blastocyst Stage Culture, and Embryo Cryopreservation.

Oscar E. Machado (COO) has been with SFIRM since 1999. He came to us with 12 years of operation experience and has organized an administrative team with well over 30 years of healthcare experience. Under his supervision SFIRM has step to the forefront in administrative technologies. We can proudly state that we are one of the first practices in the nation that has successfully implemented a paperless system. With this system our patient can rest assure that their personal and medical information is secure and the office is HIPAA compliant.
